I love salty foods, but these pushed the limit. I’ll use about 3/4 of a tablespoon and work from there depending on what vinegar I use. Also only used half the garlic–I have to breathe on people today. I found this recipe in 2020 and have been making it ever since. Great, easy and appeals to everyone,

I did not have rice vinegar so I used 1/2 cup each white wine vinegar and red wine vinegar. I also cut into 1/2 inch coins. These are the best!!

We’ve been making it for years, often making them at least 5-10 per summer (we love pickles in this house). It so easy and customizable. sometimes we add more garlic or vinegar for a stronger flavor. Its also equally delicious with apple cider or white vinegar. In fact, we normally use half of each instead of rice vinegar. Sooooo good!!
