OMG…this is sooooooo delicious! I just made it with some peas that have been in my freezer for a while; and, thank goodness, I have scads of mint growing with my tomato plants.
Instead of water I used the liquid from the chick peas and added 1-2 T. more if/as I wanted the dip to be a bit thinner. This was sooooo good; I can hardly wait to have friends imbibe (if I don’t finish it first).
