Quick, easy, delicious recipe. My husband loves the Garlic Bread Bombs at a restaurant near us and I use this dough recipe to replicate this appetizer at home. I divide the dough into 18 – 20 portions and instead of knots I put a small cube of mozzarella in each portion. Brush with butter, sprinkle a little grated parmesan on top and bake.

Great bread texture! Easy to follow recipe! However as garlic knots, I don’t taste the garlic so if I make them again, I would like to at least double the garlic powder.

I made these for a Christmas party and they were a hit. This recipe is also just really good, the whole time I was expecting some sort of surprise or doubt about whether I was doing something correctly, but it all went very smoothly. Great recipe, will be saving and using again!

I will never buy dinner rolls again. I made these for Christmas dinner, so an important occasion. They came together easily and turned out perfectly, buttery, garlicy. Yum! I will make these again and again. Store bought is no comparison. Thank you Ali!

Just made these. Soooooo good!!!! Well worth the effort. only half of them actually made it to the dinner table. The other half got eaten by everyone as soon as they were topped with the garlic butter. Thank you so much for this recipe. I did end up having to use more than the 4 cups of flour though.

These look delish! Our friends host a Xmas dinner every year and we always eat store bought bread. Would it be possible to make these at home and transport to their place to bake if they live 15min away by car?
