Despite the fact that in fixing my stove’s clock my hubs somehow got the stove to register Celsius degrees, and despite the fact that I could NOT get the oven to go over 260°, and despite the fact that I was baking the meatballs at 500° F, they were delicious. They can be used in so many ways, and we love that they are baked instead of fried. Five stars, and I’ll bet they’re even better at 425°!

Craveable is what my husband used to describe these meatballs. While these are not Italian seasoned meatballs, they pair well with just about anything, including marinara. I followed the recipe to the T and they were just amazing! Tender (I won’t use the M word lol), easy to make and SO flavorful! Another slam dunk Ali recipe 🙌

I made these for dinner and they were delicious I served them with pasta, red sauce and roasted vegetables. The whole family enjoyed them and we had leftovers.
