Great recipe! I had to use what I already had in the fridge, freezer, and pantry, so did a combo of haddock and shrimp, used green curry paste as well as some extra Thai herbs I had on hand (lemongrass, lime leaves, Thai basil), and served it over rice vermicelli. It was so good, I’m going to try it again tonight with salmon.
