So good!! I used 2 lbs shaved steak from Aldi and the bell peppers were larger so the ratio was still good. Great flavor. Also used provolone cheese slices instead of shredded. Served with potato wedges. The whole family loved it

This was phenomenal! I did end up needing twice the amount of soy sauce for the steak, and we put them on hoagies. The leftovers were even better the next day! Hands down one of my favorite recipes thus far :)

Yum! This sounds wonderful, and like something I would enjoy making. I know that bell peppers are traditional in this dish, but I cannot digest them well, so I would try subbing zucchini.
