My daughter wanted some candied pecans without fear of gluten, so perfect find, thank you! And truly the perfect amount of salt. Will be making the second batch shortly!

Curious… can the two week shelf life be extended when refrigerated? (made as gifts a little early – want them to keep longer)

Hoping to make these for a crowd for Thanksgiving but have several people who are egg free so I want to try to accommodate if I can. Thank you!

Used maple sugar and coconut sugar instead of refined sugars. Really delicious! Baked a few min shy of 40 min total. Makes a terrific holiday gift, housewarming gift or for simple snacking.

This post is super late, but I still wanted to post. It’s so easy. I feel like I’m getting away with murder, impact vs. effort-wise. Only this. Recipe. The little bit of Cayenne is the secret.
