Also my question. I am thinking a coconut milk or cream- they are usually one ingredient and offer two levels of creaminess. Not sure about the flavor.

Had it with cacao de Pepe pasta. Tasted good. Used only 1 smaller tin tomatoes and way less beef too. Came out great. Froze three containers.
