The yogurt makes the taste tangy, so use the full measure of sugar. I used lemon juice instead of milk in the glaze. In the future, I’ll use 3/4 of the batter in the bundt pan and the rest in a loaf pan. It make a lot of batter! Very good cake

I used coconut oil in place of butter (because I was out of butter but still craving blueberry bread) and the cake still came out wonderfully! The cake turned out of the pan perfectly too: this was my best bundt experience to date. I will absolutely be making this recipe again and I can foresee myself using a lot of different mix ins: perhaps cranberries and orange zest, chocolate chips, the coconut oil and a rum glaze… Yum! Thank you for the recipe!

Thank you for this wonderful recipe — I’ve baked it twice now and both times the family went nuts. I’ve shared this recipe with a close friend, and she only had compliments.

I cut it in half because I only have a six-cup bundt cake pan. Still needs 60 min to bake at 325. A new favorite.

I followed the recipe exactly and it was so easy and delicious. Everyone at the office raved and there wasn’t even a crumb left. A little lemon would be good and I will add that next time. This recipe is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.
