This recipe is fabulous. I love that it is sweetened with fruit and no added sugar. I add it to my plain yogurt and it keeps me full all morning long. Very tasty.

We just returned from 2 weeks in Greenland and Denmark and the muesli we had there was incredible. This recipe is pretty close to what we were eating (and LOVING) when we were traveling. So happy to have found it! We eat it with homemade plain yogurt, fresh berries, and either a drizzle of cardamom-infused maple syrup or a few spoonfuls of stewed berries (or jam in a pinch).

I am making it almost weekly for our family of four (two of them teens who can never seem to get enough!). Your add-in suggestions are great. I’ve been including buckwheat, wheat germ, bran flakes, ground flax, and basically whatever I grab from the cabinet to help stretch the batch!

Tried this recipe when Trader Joe’s stopped carrying their muesli. Suffice to say even if it came back, we would no longer buy it lol. This recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious, and cuts the cost by over 50% depending on where one sources their ingredients.

I love my muesli raw, making it a snap to throw this together. I made a few substitutions on additions because I wanted to use what I had on hand. Def add a sprinkle of salt, it really makes the cardamom and cinnamon pop. Wow!

Changed up the fruits—I used dried cherries and apples and added flax seeds and walnuts. So delicious!
