As I recover and slowly return to cooking, I realized that my meals, although nutritious and delicious, lack variety. Today I was thinking of ways, other that vegetables and salads, to add more fiber. I’d forgotten about granola. I prefer the home made, using wholesome, identifiable ingredients and no additives, to the store bought, I’m adding this one to my next week’s grocery order.
